CRM (Client relationship manager)

Location : Noida,   Experience : Min 4 yrs with digital agencies

Job Description

  • Head the Client Servicing Function of the Agency & Manage a Team of Client Servicing Professionals.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
  • End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation Mapping Client organization and team structure
  • Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
  • Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client
  • Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary approvals from Clients
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services
  • Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history

  • Manage a Team & Build their Capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment
  • A good eye for details
  • Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work, Patience, High Client orientation and business common sense

Preferred Candidate –

  • Looking for a candidate from the Digital Marketing Agency /Advertising Industry / Media Industry with min 4 yrs experience into Client Servicing.
  • Exposure to digital world will be an advantage
